At Tender Trace, we are committed to processing and delivering your order as smoothly as possible.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather, holidays, customs clearance, or other unexpected delays.

Shipping Area:
We currently deliver to eligible addresses in the United States. Some remote areas, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain regions may not be available for delivery.

Shipping Fee:
Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available during promotional periods or when the order meets the free shipping threshold.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
